Covered N Confident Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident in every Covered N Confident purchase. If your item isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of wear, washing, makeup, perfume, stains, damage, or other use will not be accepted.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for another available item or color. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Store Credit

Eligible returns may be issued as store credit for the value of the returned merchandise. Store credit can be used toward a future purchase at Covered N Confident.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns and exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the item.

If we confirm an error or defect, we will work with you to make it right, including replacement, exchange, store credit, or a refund when appropriate. Covered N Confident will cover applicable return shipping when the error is ours.

Final Sale Items

Sale items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and items specifically identified as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please contact Covered N Confident with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. We will provide return instructions after your request has been reviewed.

Returns must be received and inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued.
