Welcome to Covered N Confident. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of coverednconfident.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Covered N Confident (“Covered N Confident,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
1. Online Store Terms
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
You may not use our products, Site, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You agree not to interfere with, damage, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any related services.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products as accurately as possible, including product colors, materials, dimensions, photographs, and descriptions.
However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, photography, and display settings. Minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, stitching, or appearance may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase, subject to applicable law.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change from time to time without notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted except where permitted or required by law.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout where applicable.
In the event of an obvious pricing, typographical, or product-information error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct an affected order to the extent permitted by law. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
4. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory errors, pricing errors, product unavailability, or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
5. Payment
Payment is due at checkout using one of the payment methods made available through our Site.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other third-party payment processors. We do not directly control the security, availability, or processing procedures of third-party payment providers.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Our current shipping rates, processing expectations, and other shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit
Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
For eligible standard returns, Covered N Confident offers exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging to qualify.
We do not provide refunds to the original payment method for ordinary change-of-mind returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns and exchanges unless otherwise stated.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including rights that may apply to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misrepresented merchandise.
Customers should review our Return and Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers should inspect their orders promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at salamcoverednconfident@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when appropriate.
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or other appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
When the error is ours, Covered N Confident will cover applicable return shipping costs.
9. Final Sale Items
Products clearly identified as Final Sale at or before purchase are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Gift cards are non-returnable except where required by law.
We recommend reviewing the product description and sizing information carefully before purchasing a Final Sale item.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum purchase requirements, or other conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a promotion that has been obtained or used through fraud, manipulation, technical error, or misuse.
11. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including the Covered N Confident name, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, product photography, written content, designs, videos, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to Covered N Confident and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our protected content without prior written permission except as permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.
12. Customer Reviews, Photos, and Submissions
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that material and that it does not violate another person's rights.
You remain responsible for content you submit.
We may display or use customer reviews and other submissions in connection with operating and promoting Covered N Confident, subject to applicable law and any permissions required for the particular use.
We reserve the right to remove content from our Site that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, misleading, or otherwise violates these Terms.

You may not use our Site or services to engage in fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, infringement of intellectual-property rights, malicious interference with the Site, transmission of malware, unauthorized data collection, or any other activity prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Site where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, systems, or legal rights.

Covered N Confident is not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that access to our Site will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, protections, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Covered N Confident will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Covered N Confident's aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to Covered N Confident for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Covered N Confident harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Covered N Confident will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fires, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, labor disruptions, governmental actions, widespread internet or technology failures, or similar events, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
20. Fraud and Unauthorized Transactions
We reserve the right to review, hold, cancel, or refuse orders that reasonably appear fraudulent, unauthorized, suspicious, or inconsistent with normal purchasing activity, subject to applicable law.
We may request additional verification before processing an order where reasonably necessary to protect customers and our business from fraud.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, our services, or purchases from Covered N Confident will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another mandatory law controls.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of any protection or right that cannot legally be waived.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, Site, products, services, or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted or required by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and any other policies or terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Covered N Confident concerning use of our Site and purchases made through it.
